There’s a better way to find BIM stars
The new BIM jobs board – fee free for 3 months
With the growing emphasis and investment across the industry in talent retention, in the face of anticipated large-scale redundancies, DBE.careers is proud to provide a dedicated jobs platform for the digital construction community.
Since its soft launch back in June, we’ve been working with a small panel of hiring clients to develop and improve the BIM Jobs Board at DBE.careers, making good use of JohnsonBIM recruitment expertise.
With clients including Bentley, the BRE, ISG, Kier, L&Q, McGee, Sisk, Vinci, Willow and all of JohnsonBIM’s jobs, this part of the website is now receiving more visits than any other page, with a steady stream of applications from our career-centric digital BIM specialists. Applications can be made directly via any ATS tracking system; sent to any dedicated email address; or stored securely in a database for hiring personnel to access on demand.
Three months free
We’re now inviting all construction employers with a BIM requirement, either current or anticipated, to sign up for free. Our aim is to provide a complete list of all available BIM jobs in one place to make it easier for businesses and candidates to find each other.
There’s genuinely no catch. It’s absolutely free to list as many jobs as you have during the first three months after registration – make good use of this non-profit initiative when it’s needed the most.
Attracting BIM talent
The best BIM skills are hard to find but a well-written job description and appropriate salary will attract great candidates.
