Our experts have extensive history in the digital construction industry and was founded by Engineers looking for smart solutions to complex problems.

PROMOTION

All employees can, and do, progress within the business. All roles are advertised internally, and employees can and do apply for these roles, in their team or worldwide. We actively encourage internal mobility.

There is training for individuals to help progress and develop in their current roles or assist in diversifying into other roles. We encourage secondments to other departments and teams for knowledge share and personal growth.

WELLBEING

We have a number of initiatives to ensure the Wellbeing of our staff including wellbeing days, partnerships with external companies and charities including MIND,BUPA and Headspace.

We have moved to a hybrid / flexible way of working reflecting the trust we hold in our employees.  We regularly organize team, company and Group social events to allow people to unwind, meet others and socialize.
