Achieving GDE status

To achieve GDE status, you’ll first need to complete the questionnaire and submit this to support@dbe.careers for review.

It will ask you for details on five aspects of your business:

• Digital vision
• Leadership
• Culture
• Promotion
• Wellbeing

Completion of the questionnaire is the first stage in the GDE scheme. Once you have achieved this one-star status, you will be eligible to participate in future advanced developments of the scheme.
