Our goal has always been collaboration with our Clients and Consultant design teams, with a culture of excellence that pervades every commission that we undertake. We have always been at the forefront of interoperability and our whole approach to our core business (Bond Bryan Architects) and specialist consultancy (Bond Bryan Digital) is to use technology built around open standards. |
| LEADERSHIP Bond Bryan has a core team of influential digital leaders. Rob Jackson and Emma Hooper in the Bond Bryan Digital team are recognised leaders in the application of BIM and information management and have recently been involved in contributions to the UK BIM Framework. Rosey Alexander and Mark Hindley in the Bond Bryan team are also active leaders in the BIM community, with many years contributing to developments, speaking at national and international conferences and driving change both within Bond Bryan and reaching out to the wider construction community. |
| CULTURE We are driven by our whole team who bring different ideas to how we should develop our approach and deliver projects. Bond Bryan staff are supported by a central team of BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators and Document Controllers. There are also specialists within each team who contribute to the testing, development and collection of ideas, feedback and amendments. The individuals in our practice bring different backgrounds and skills and it is important to listen to their ideas and encourage them to explore these ideas. We all have specialist areas of expertise and we try to allow individuals to lead in these areas, but we all contribute and support each other. At the same time, we have a healthy environment to challenge each other and to speak openly about different approaches and ideas. This environment supports the right culture to deliver high quality projects as well as contributing to wider industry initiatives. |
| PROMOTION Many of our digital leaders have grown up through the company, forging their own digital careers paths, and we continue to support this organic growth of talent within the practice. Bond Bryan has always been keen to reward those who contribute to the ongoing success of the business. We want to attract the best people and that means providing appropriate reward for excellent work. We have both formal and informal processes to support ongoing career development which inform our company-wide and individual training investments. At the same time, we encourage all staff to talk openly about their ambitions on an ongoing basis in more informal meetings.
