At the highest level within Sir Robert McAlpine our executive board understand the value of Digital construction to our project delivery and business success mandating the utilisation of BIM on all projects with a requirement that our projects have a defined level of consistency and level of maturity.
The business further endorses this through our digital construction policy that is fundamental in demonstrating the importance of digital both internally and externally. We have established a strong digital foundation and business performance benchmarks that we utilise to help deliver successful construction programmes and business outputs.
With a dedicated Head of the Digital construction that reports into the executive board we have direct access to influence and support the future business direction and our Digital Construction strategy is intrinsic to our overall company 5-year strategy. |
