| DIGITAL VISION
Kier Construction have a well-defined digital strategy 2020-2023, which was formed in consultation with stakeholders across the business and in agreement with each business unit MD. The strategy has been mobilised into seven workstreams to deliver the identified outcomes, with a network of staff contributing to the programme of work. Each workstream has a dedicated lead who coordinate with digital champions from each business unit to connect in staff across disciplines where appropriate. |

| CULTURE
Kier have strong digital leadership and an experienced high performing team of BIM Managers and Coordinators. Although reporting into varying business units, the BIM team as a whole work together sharing knowledge and supporting each other to improve digital adoption and performance consistently across the Group. |

Kier has recently launched a Wellbeing strategy, with the aim of continually improving our wellbeing offer, focusing on the issues that matter most to our colleagues. Through the scheme each employee has access to a personal wellbeing plan, with managers trained with the tools needed to support their teams’ mental health and wellbeing. |
